Terms and conditions

We reserve the right to cancel tours or alter the itinerary and other details of tours and services depending on weather and/or road conditions or if mininum number of clients has not been reached.

Cancellation terms

For cancellations received at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure there is no cancellation fee.
For cancellations received 3 - 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
For cancellations received within 2 calendar days before the scheduled departure a 80% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you need to make a change to your holiday arrangement you must send us a notification via email at least 4 weeks before departure. For changes we charge up to 50 EUR per person.
Some suppliers frequently charge fees for changes; if this occurs, the extra fee will be added to your total.
Please notice that changes may not be possible within 3 weeks before departure.
